For many years I have harboured the desire to make my living from photography, on the basis that it has to be one of the best jobs in the world combining two of my greatest passions, People and Photography (although not always in that order!). This is why Ashfield Images Photography was born.

When you come to me, I don’t just want to take your picture. With your help I want to capture your character and provide you with a memorable experience you will enjoy, whilst, at the same time, creating the best possible images of you and your family.

The photographer Henri Cartier-Bresson summed it up perfectly when he said:

‘Think about the photo before and after, never during. The secret is to take your time. You mustn’t go too fast. The subject must forget about you. Then, however you must be very quick’
